Is it possible to store the 'XPages Extension Library'in the database application?

You have to install the 'XPages Extension Library' on the Domino server and on each Notes Client.

This is not always possible when you develop applications for a customer.

So my question:

Is it possible to store the 'XPages Extension Library'in the database application itself?
